The Mining oil cooler with three-phase AC motor is optimized for use in the industrial sector. The system is supplied ready for installation. An integrated circulation pump makes it possible to cool and treat the oil in a separate circuit – offline cooling. The cooling system can also be equiped with filter unit. Together with a wide range of accessories, the Mining oil cooler is suitable for installation in most applications and environments. The maximum cooling capacity is 100 kW at ETD 40 °C. The most reliable way to size is with the aid of our calculation program. This program, together with precise evaluations from our experienced, skilled engineers, gives you the opportunity for more cooling per € invested.
ORCAER is designed primarily for synthetic oils, vegetable oils and mineral oil type HL/HLP in accordance with DIN 51524. Maximum oil temperature 100 °C.
- Maximum negative pressure in the inlet line is 0.4 bar with an oil-fi lled pump. Maximum pressure on the pump’s suction side is 0.5 bar.
- Maximum working pressure for the pump is 10 bar. For information about suction height, pressure, etc. see the QPM3 pump manual.

This series of air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler adopts plate-fin structure, which has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight and high heat exchange efficiency. Silent EVO2 Series
The Silent EVO 2 Series heat exchangers are designed to connect directly to the hydraulic reservoir. These offline air/oil coolers offer a reduced noise level while utilizing a pump activated by an electric motor to automatically take the oil into circulation through the cooler and then return the oil back into the hydraulic circuit. This is a high efficiency heat exchanger cooling system.

These units are designed to fit adjacent to the oil tank (on the same level). They are not suitable for mounting above or below.
These items are purchased on an individual basis on your behalf so please check the full manufacturers specification to ensure their suitability. Additionally all hoses and pipework are cut specially to your lengths. Because of this we are not able to accept returned items other than for faults covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
